As an artist

Liz was brought up in Darlington, the youngest of three children. She always loved drawing and eventually moved to Kingston upon Thames to do a BA in Illustration before moving back to Darlington with her sister. Liz has illustrated several books for Walker Books and says that if she hadn’t become an illustrator, she would have been a kids TV presenter, a loud holiday rep or an animal mad zookeeper.
