Hybrid Policy and core hours
To support our employees to do their best work, we have a hybrid working policy of a minimum of two days a week in the office (subject to business requirements, and an individual’s roles and responsibilities). In addition, we offer core working hours to allow further flexibility to support our employees with their life outside of work.

Holiday
We offer 22 days annual leave increasing up to 27 days with length of service plus a 3 day Christmas closure and bank holidays.
Life Insurance
