Ben Lerwill

Ben Lerwill is a multi-award-winning travel writer and children’s author. When he was younger he taught English in France and China, before realizing that what he loved best was writing about interesting places and interesting things. He has won prizes for his features in National Geographic Traveller, BBC Countryfile Magazine, and various other publications, and has been shortlisted for the Wainwright Prize for Children’s Nature Writing. His travels have taken him to more than 90 countries and he lives with his family in the English countryside. He also owns the most energetic dog in the history of the world.
