I love how the sections are broken down into chunks that you can dip in and out of, but also follow along to build your rocket. The science is engaging and easy to understand, links to the National Curriculum, but is fun and engaging in a way that I wish I had access to when I was at school! I really like how Fran has brought in the human stories into the book, so as you build your rocket (from easily accessible materials) you learn about the people behind the rockets and astronauts that make it into space. The language is accessible and diverse, and the illustrations are brilliant and fun! This is a keeper book, for children and adults alike!'
